General principles

STUCK GAME is a handcrafted product. Every bottle and every wooden element is shaped manually, making each set unique. Because of this, natural variations in texture and appearance are normal and are not defects.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If something is wrong — we will always do our best to solve it.

When you can return or exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

• ✔ The product arrived damaged
• ✔ The product was incomplete upon arrival
• ✔ You received the wrong item
• ✔ There is a proven manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel and provide photos/videos so we can assist you quickly.

Handcrafted items & natural imperfections

Because our products are handmade, small differences in wood shade, grain structure, or minor micro-marks on metal or glass may occur. These characteristics are a normal result of manual crafting and are not considered defects for replacement.

Conditions for returning

• ✔ The item must be unused
• ✔ All components must be included (bottle, mechanism, box, card, packaging)
• ✔ The return must be initiated within 14 days from receiving the item

If the product was used — we cannot accept it for hygienic and mechanical safety reasons.

Cost of return shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our mistake — we cover all shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., “changed my mind”), shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund time

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
